Membership & Access

  • What is The Club at Stone House?

    The Club at Stone House is a private, members-only golf simulator, meeting, and event space designed for professionals who value discretion, flexibility, and premium experiences. It combines state-of-the-art golf technology with boardroom-ready amenities in a refined, private setting.

  • Is The Club open to the public?

    No. Access is limited to approved members and their invited guests. 

    The Club is an 18+ venue


    Members and access are limited to individuals 18 years of age and older

    Members are capped to preserve availability, privacy, and experience.

  • Who is membership designed for?

    Our members include:

    • Business professionals and executives
    • Entrepreneurs and corporate teams
    • Golf enthusiasts who value private access and flexibility

    If you plan to use the space for client meetings, collaboration, hosting, or focused play, you’re likely a fit.

  • What’s included with membership?

    All memberships include:

    • Secure FOB access 
    • Access to premium golf simulator technology
    • Use of lounge and meeting amenities
    • Complimentary non-alcoholic beverages

  • How many members do you accept?

    Membership is intentionally limited to maintain exclusivity. We cap Social and Premium tiers at 10 members each, and Executive tier at 9 memberships.

  • Are memberships transferable?

    No. Memberships are issued to individuals or designated businesses and are non-transferable. This protects the integrity and exclusivity of the Club.

  • Can I save money with an annual membership?

    Absolutely. Annual memberships include two months free compared to monthly billing, and the initiation fee is waived.

  • How do I apply for membership?

    Membership is limited and subject to approval.  To inquire, please contact our team directly. We’ll review fit, availability, and next steps.

BOOKING & USAGE

  • How does booking work?

    Members reserve time through a members-only online booking portal.  Bookings can be made for golf, meetings, or hosting guests. 


    Your membership tier determines:

    • Monthly hour allocation
    • Booking window (7-30 days in advance)
    • Priority access to peak hours
  • What are the hours of The Club?

    The Club at Stone House is available for use from 5am – 12am. Access is self-directed through secure FOB entry, allowing members to use The Club on their own schedule. 

  • Is there staff present during my booking?

    No. The Club is intentionally designed as a private, self-serve environment.  During your booking you have exclusive use of the space for yourself and your guests. 


    Staff are not routinely onsite, however, support can be arranged in advance if requested for setup assistance, events, or specific needs.  Availability and fees may apply and vary depending on the request and membership tier.  

  • How much time should I book for a round?

    Members are encouraged to book appropriately to ensure smooth scheduling for everyone. As a general guideline an 18 hole round will require:

    • 1 golfer → ~45 minutes
    • 2 golfers → ~1.5 hours
    • 4 golfers → ~3 hours
  • Can I bring guests?

    Yes. Members must be present for the duration of their booking.  Guests may accompany a member for golf, meetings, or events during the member’s reserved time but may not access or use the space without the member present.   


    Members are responsible for:

    • Guest conduct
    • Adhering to Club rules
    • Any applicable event fees
  • Can I host events at The Club?

    Yes — members may book the space for:

    • Client appreciation events
    • Corporate meetings and seminars
    • Executive gatherings
    • Private celebrations

    Event bookings are subject to availability, tier-specific limits, and venue fees.  Events may be booked outside of membership booking window restrictions to ensure availability.

  • Where can I park?

    • Stone House Financial Lot: Complimentary parking available outside office hours only (before 8:30 a.m. and after 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday).
    • Street Parking: Pay-and-display from 9:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Monday - Friday. 
    • Member & Guest access into The Club is from Wellington Street only.

AMENITIES & SERVICES

  • What food and drinks are available?

    Complimentary non-alcoholic beverages are included with membership. This includes premium coffee, tea, sparkling and still water.

    Members are welcome to make arrangements for food service.  Outside food and beverage policies may apply depending on the booking type.


    Alcohol policies are outlined in the Member Rules & Waiver documentation.  The Club at Stone House is not licensed to serve alcohol. Alcohol service, consumption, and compliance with all legal requirements are the responsibility of the member and their guests. 

  • What technology is available?

    The Club features a Foresight Falcon golf simulator, with access to the best PGA courses for:

    • Practice and play
    • League formats
    • Casual entertainment

    The space also offers built-in support for meetings and presentations, making it equally effective for business use.  Features included and available for member use:

    • 70” Samsung Frame Smart TV with art display and live sports capability
    • Video-conferencing camera (Zoom/Teams compatible)
    • USB ports direct to TV, wireless keyboard & mouse 
    • Custom designed boardroom table seating eight that converts into a luxury shuffleboard
    • Complimentary Wi-Fi

  • Do you offer league play?

    Yes! Optional league play is offered throughout the year. We host a 6-week, 2-person scramble on Wednesday nights with three timeslots (5pm, 6:30pm, 8pm) and a league social on week 7. League play is $75 and available as an add-on for most membership tiers (included for Executive Members).

  • Are there organized events?

    Yes. The Club offers a selection of member events which may include socials, happy hours, golf clinics and similar events depending on the season and member interest.

EVENTS & VENUE RENTAL

  • Can I host private events at The Club?

    Absolutely. The Club offers a sophisticated, private venue perfect for corporate functions, client appreciation events, advisor seminars, and executive gatherings. 

  • Who can book events?

    Events are reserved exclusively for members and their invited guests, ensuring privacy and exclusivity.

  • What type of events work well at The Club?

    Our versatile space is ideal for business meetings, client entertainment, team building, networking events, milestone celebrations, and any gathering where you want to impress in a unique, upscale setting.

    There is seating for 20 and the room can accommodate up to 25 comfortably mingling/standing. 

  • What are The Club rules?

    All members and guests must:

    • Respect the space and equipment
    • Adhere to booking limits and access times
    • Follow conduct, food & beverage, and waiver policies

    Detailed rules and waivers are provided upon membership approval.

  • Do I need to sign a waiver?

    Yes, all members must complete our standard waiver before using the facilities.
