Cancellation Policy
HOURLY BOOKING CANCELLATIONS
Members may cancel hourly bookings without penalty when cancellations are made more than 24 hours in advance. We kindly ask that members provide this notice whenever possible as a courtesy to fellow members and to facilitate the reallocation of the space. Failure to do this may forfeit your session credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time will be noted. The first two late cancellations within a calendar month will not result in any penalty. Any additional late cancellations beyond the second will result in the booked hours being deducted from the member’s monthly allowance. This policy is intended to promote fair access and thoughtful use of the space while maintaining flexibility for members.
NO-SHOW POLICY
No-shows will be charged the full session rate.
VENUE RENTAL CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the booking. Unfortunately, cancellations received within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for a refund. The venue reserves the right to make exceptions in extenuating circumstances.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
Rescheduling requests received a minimum of 24 hours before the event will be accommodated where possible, subject to availability.
